Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Practice Lead to optimize the asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal. This hands-on leadership role requires deep ITAM knowledge and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. The position is based in Pittsburgh, PA, and reports to the Manager of IT Assets.

The role emphasizes policy development, governance, risk mitigation and collaboration across IT and security functions to deliver value and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT asset management experience.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of FFIEC, NIST and COBIT standards desirable.
• Ability to lead a team of IT Asset Management Analysts.
• Develop and present score-carding reports with KPIs and KRIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, receiving, tracking and deployment of new IT assets; maintain records and audits.
• Collaborate with business, technology and security leaders to optimize asset lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain ITAM policies and procedures; drive efficiency improvements with IT Service Quality.
• Produce regular KPI/KRI dashboards for executive leadership and risk assessments.
• Provide guidance to IT Asset Management Analysts and delegate tasks effectively.
• Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
