Job summary

Accylerate, LLC is seeking an IT Asset Management Coordinator to oversee IT asset records, warranties, licenses, audits, and reporting. The role focuses on lifecycle tracking from procurement to disposal, coordinating ITAM processes across the Technology Services department.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced with asset records, and capable of managing reconciliations, vendor contracts, and periodic inventories while maintaining accurate notes and timely ITSM ticket closure.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset management, ITSM ticketing, hardware inventory, audits and reconciliations.
• Ability to manage asset records, warranties/contracts, software licenses and ITAM reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of IT assets between business units within 5–7 business days.
• Generate, distribute, and review weekly IT asset management reports.
• Complete ITSM tickets within 7–10 business days.
• Monitor the ITSM IT Asset Management queue daily.
• Update notes with clear, accurate information to capture ticket lifecycle.
• Assist with Asset IMAC and PC refresh processes.
• Perform periodic inventories and track asset findings, locations, and incidents.
• Track hardware warranties, maintenance agreements, leases, and vendor contracts.
• Assist in tracking software licenses and conduct semiannual software audits.
• Assist in reconciling software repositories with ISO approval lists.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Seeking an IT Asset Management Coordinator with experience in IT Asset Management, ITSM ticketing, hardware inventory, asset lifecycle tracking, and PC refresh/IMAC processes. The candidate should be detail-oriented with experience managing asset records, warranties/contracts, software licenses, audits, reconciliations, and ITAM reporting.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transfer of IT assets between business units with 5 to 7 business days.
• Generate, distribute, & review weekly IT asset management reports.
• Complete ITSM tickets within 7 - 10 business days.
• Monitor the ITSM IT Asset Management queue on a daily basis.
• Updating notes with clear and accurate information to insure that the life cycle of the ticket accurately captured.
• Correctly Managing ITAM Queue
• Assist With Asset IMAC and PC Refresh process
• Perform periodic inventories and usage monitoring of all IT assets and record all findings, changes, physical location, and incidences of support for the Technology Services department
• Track and maintain copies, Hardware warranties, maintenance agreements, and lease and vendor contracts to include contract expirations.
• Assist in tracking and maintain software licenses Perform periodic software audit of installs on desktops, servers, network equipment.
• Assist in the Reconcile process of Software repository with ISO Approval list on a semiannual basis.
