Job summary

Unifi is seeking an IT Asset Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of hardware, software, SaaS, and mobile assets across the enterprise. You will maintain asset data accuracy, coordinate with procurement, finance, security, HR, and leverage Oomnitza as the central platform for lifecycle workflows, audits, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in IT/Business/Finance.
• 2-5 years of IT Asset Management or related roles.
• Experience managing hardware, software, SaaS, and mobile inventories.
• Hands-on experience with ITAM/ITSM platforms; Oomnitza preferred.
• Strong understanding of ITAM lifecycle, licensing, renewals, and compliance.
• Ability to reconcile data across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate across geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of IT assets including laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, software, SaaS, and consumables.
• Maintain and support Oomnitza as the system of record for asset lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate procurement, deployment, transfers, upgrades, and retirement of assets.
• Ensure assets are recorded, tagged, and reconciled across enterprise systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory, ownership, location, and cost center data.
• Reconcile data across Oomnitza, ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, and procurement sources.
• Conduct audits and data quality checks to identify discrepancies.
• Support license provisioning/deprovisioning and renewals for enterprise apps.
