Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an ITAD Production Lead to oversee daily IT asset disposition operations in a warehouse setting. You will guide a team of technicians, ensuring secure processing and efficient flow across all stages from sorting to prep.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and a solid understanding of ITAD processes and data security regulations. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years in ITAD operations or similar.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ITAD production team with guidance, training, and safety focus.
• Oversee sorting, testing, erasure, imaging, validation, remote management and clean/prep.
• Implement QC procedures to ensure on-time, compliant asset processing.
• Ensure compliance with data security and environmental regulations.
