Job summary

Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) is seeking an IT Asset Analyst to support IT asset management, inventory, and disposition throughout the asset lifecycle. You will receive, inventory, warehouse equipment, and process returns for disposal, ensuring deployment readiness and policy compliance.

The role requires collaboration with IT teams, accurate cycle counting, and adherence to confidentiality and regulatory requirements in asset handling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse/supply chain role is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing and able to work as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Knowledge and understanding of basic IT equipment and its function.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inventory, and warehouse incoming equipment.
• Pack and ship stock to fulfill IT equipment requisitions.
• Process, document, and pack returned equipment for disposal.
• Prepare IT equipment for deployment.
• Pre-deployment of IT equipment using imaging deployment software.
• Monitor inventory and conduct cycle counts.
• Assist in ITAM lifecycle tracking.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ARH information.
• Comply with internal and external policies, standards, laws, and regulations related to ARH information.
• Perform other duties as required.

Overview

The IT Asset Analyst is responsible for assisting with all aspects of IT Asset Management including post procurement logistics, warehousing, monitoring and reporting inventory, and disposition of assets.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inventory, and warehouse incoming equipment
• Pick, pack, and ship stock to fulfill IT equipment requisitions
• Process, document, and pack returned equipment for disposal
• Prepare IT equipment for deployment
• Pre-deployment of IT equipment using imaging deployment software
• Monitor inventory and conduct cycle counts
• Assist as needed in the ITAM lifecycle tracking
• Maintains confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ARH information
• Complies with applicable internal and external policies, standards, laws, and regulations related to ARH information
• Performs other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required or assigned

Qualifications

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• An Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Equivalent experience and education may be considered.
• Certifications in relevant technologies may be substituted for an Associate’s Degree.

Experience

• 5+ years of general work experience.
