Job summary

HDR, Inc. Global Technology Group's IT Asset Management department seeks an IT Asset Administrator I to oversee asset management throughout the lifecycle.

Based in Omaha, you will own cost allocation for enterprise software and telecom, maintain asset inventories, and create reports for internal projects. You will communicate with stakeholders, support internal audits, coordinate with procurement, and process asset requests in ServiceNow while contributing to team documentation and planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with customers professionally for issue resolution.
• Self-starter who can perform admin tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly cost allocation of Enterprise software products and services.
• Maintain accurate inventories of hardware and software assets.
• Create custom reports for internal projects as required.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, audits, and procurement to ensure timely actions.
• Process asset requests in ServiceNow and contribute to team documentation.
• Participate in group coordination and project planning calls.
