Qualifications

• IT/CS related Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Information Technology/Information Services.
• 5+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
• 5+ years IT Delivery experience, preferably in automotive/industrial sectors.
• 5+ years delivering large/multiple projects, platforms, and products.
• Strong project management skills: deadlines, budget, quality.
• Experience managing teams with differing priorities.
• Strong written and oral communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT team to support Service and Planning business unit IT needs.
• Build and maintain high-performing IT teams; mentor and develop talent.
• Achieve project goals including schedule, budget, quality commitments.
• Provide technical and solution leadership; oversee architecture.
• Promote IT capabilities and build internal/external relationships.
