Job summary

Honda is seeking a highly motivated Team Manager for the Parts IT Applications unit. You will lead the Procurement, Inventory Planning, and Finance Planning IT teams, drive strategy, architecture, and delivery of critical applications, and collaborate with global partners to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in IT, strong leadership, governance, and vendor management skills, and proven ability to manage budgets and ensure SOX and data privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in Information Technology/Information Services.
• Strong leadership, supervision and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Procurement, Inventory Planning, and Finance Planning IT teams to support business applications.
• Provide delivery and technical leadership for multiple projects and initiatives.
• Ensure IT governance, risk, and compliance with SOX and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with global partners and Architecture Review Board to obtain approvals and roadmaps.
