Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, MIS or related field.
• 10+ years of related management experience in merchandising/IT with multiple technologies.
• Experience with Procure-To-Pay systems and ERP/Finance platforms (Lawson, Oracle, SAP).
• Experience with HCM/Payroll (Workday) and ERP integrations.
• Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable and General Ledger systems.
• Experience with SAP Ariba/Concur procurement tools.
• Supervisory experience within an IT department.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-office applications and systems (Lawson Finance/HR, Workday, SAP Concur, Tango, Lease Accounting).
• Collaborate with technology teams to advance strategic initiatives on the roadmap.
• Educate stakeholders on system capabilities, best practices, and process changes.
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts and oversee project delivery from design to production.
• Monitor performance, availability, and user access; coordinate with vendors on issues.
