Job summary

Austin Industries is seeking an IT Desktop Application Analyst at our Dallas, Texas corporate headquarters. This role manages Austin’s Cloud enterprise file system and applications for devices across Austin’s portfolio, ensuring enterprise application needs are met.

The position covers admin of platforms like Egnyte, Amazon Business, DocuSign, and Pype Autospec, with focus on Active Directory, Intune deployment, and scalable support for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT applications or related field.
• Experience with Cloud enterprise file storage and device management.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise cloud file storage permissions and access.
• Administer and support platforms such as Amazon Business, DocuSign, Pype Autospec, P6 (via Citrix), OneStream.
• Support plant and enterprise systems and coordinate with vendors.
• Oversee application deployment and device management using Intune.
• Administer Active Directory access and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Provide advanced technical support and prompt escalations.
