Key Responsibilities
Experience with Salesforce Architecture
Experience implementing and integrating Salesforce Field Service for scheduling, dispatch, work orders, and mobile workforce management
Ability to architect end-to-end integration between CRM, FSL, and PMIS platforms
Experience with ERP and Construction platforms such as Procore, InEight, or similar, including project financials
Strong knowledge of integration tools (REST APIs, middleware, iPaaS) to enable real-time and batch data synchronization across systems
Experience designing field-to-office workflows, including mobile data capture, offline capabilities, and synchronization with core systems
Experience implementing automation and workflow orchestration (approvals, change orders, service triggers, escalations)
Ability to enforce security, role-based access, and data governance across application platforms
Vendor/platform evaluation and roadmap ownership across construction operations systems
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 4-6 years of experience as an IT Technical Architect or similar role, or an equivalent combination
Experience with enterprise-level infrastructure design, security, and performance best practices
Experience with project management and life cycle management methodologies
