Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an Epic Radiant Analyst to join our remote team in the United States. You will identify, analyze, and implement changes to healthcare applications, oversee go-live support, and coordinate testing and documentation.

The role requires 2-3 years of healthcare operations or Applications Analyst I experience, with proficiency in Epic Radiant. You will design, develop, build, and configure systems and provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of healthcare operations, IT, or health IT experience or demonstrated competency as Applications Analyst I.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, analyze, and recommend changes for assigned applications/systems.
• Lead planning, design, development, build, and configuration of assigned applications/systems.
• Coordinate conversions, application/system testing, and documentation of system procedures.
• Provide go-live support and be the primary contact for maintenance and troubleshooting.

Participates and provides input in training design and development and assists in training execution in relation to assigned projects. Provides go-live support and serves as the primary point of contact for ongoing maintenance/support and troubleshooting.
