Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for an IT Application Support Specialist, working remote. Join a growing team as an IT Application Support Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing business applications. This is a hands-on opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your technical expertise will directly impact business operations and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Support

Contribute to process improvements and support the scalability of IT systems in a growing organization. Provide technical support and administration for Epicor ERP systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve Level II helpdesk issues, assisting users with application-related challenges.

Technical

Work with the Project Module in Epicor Classic or Epicor Kinetic, offering specialized knowledge beyond basic user experience. Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to improve operational workflows.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and customize application functionalities based on business needs.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Epicor ERP expertise (beyond user-level experience); familiarity with the Project Module is required. Salesforce experience is a plus but not required. Background in IT support, application administration, or helpdesk troubleshooting.

Skills

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach to support. Ability to thrive in a small but growing IT team, with opportunities for career advancement.
