Job summary

Qualifications

  • Any combination of work, education, training, or experience relevant to the position as determined by Marion County.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Application Development team, including work assignment, performance management, and professional development.
  • Own the delivery and continuous improvement of the Application Development service for county departments.
  • Establish and enforce development standards, source control, deployment procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with other IT service areas on cross-team work and governance; drive Agile delivery.
