Job summary

Responsibilities

Supervise the Application Development team, including work assignment, performance management, and professional development.
Own the delivery and continuous improvement of the Application Development service for county departments.
Establish and enforce development standards, source control, deployment procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate with other IT service areas on cross-team work and governance; drive Agile delivery.
