Job summary

The State of Washington Dept. of Labor & Industries seeks an IT professional to develop and maintain mission-critical enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Power Platform and low-code tools.

You will work in an Agile environment, using Azure DevOps and an SDLC framework to deliver high-quality software. The role connects Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to enterprise data sources and external services, enabling efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• 4 years of demonstrated IT experience in software development, design, and support or a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Ability to use Visual Studio and .NET programming.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of agile/scrum development methodologies and source control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications, interfaces, and web services.
• Apply SDLC processes and use Azure DevOps to manage code, requirements, bugs, releases, and backlogs.
• Research complex technical issues related to application development and performance, stay current with .NET, SQL, Windows server, networking, security, and cloud computing.
