Our client, a leader in the automotive manufacturing industry, is seeking motivated university students for their Spring 2027 Co-op and Internship program based in Milford Center, Ohio. This session typically runs from January through April or May.

We are looking for candidates who are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field. These roles offer the chance to gain professional experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Potential Work Areas and Responsibilities

Project and IT Service Management

• Support the planning and execution of technical projects by tracking milestones, schedules, and budgets.


• Liaise with business partners to define system and data requirements.


• Assist in creating standardized documentation and operational procedures in compliance with ISO standards.

Manufacturing Analytics

• Partner with production control teams to develop reports that drive plant-level decision-making.


• Build and maintain reporting tools for production associates.


• Use data analysis to support the rollout of new manufacturing initiatives and training.

Data Science and Systems Modeling

• Organize and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
