Job summary

Honda Information Technology and Data Analytics is offering Spring 2027 co-op/internships across multiple locations, including Marysville, OH; Raymond, OH; and Torrance, CA. These positions provide hands-on experience in reporting, data analysis, and project support.

Interns collaborate with cross-functional teams, receive mentorship, housing options, and the possibility of full-time employment after the program.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Minimum 2.5 Cumulative GPA or higher (provide transcript).
• Class status: Sophomore or above.
• Availability to work a minimum of 10 weeks at 40 hours per week.
• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program studying Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License (exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis).
• Ability to secure own transportation to and from work each day.
• Regular in-person attendance is required; transportation issues will not be excused.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution by assisting with schedules, scopes, milestone tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Participate in weekly project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Interface with business partners to identify reporting, data, and system requirements (musts and wants).
• Assist in the design, creation, and distribution of standardized reporting and documentation.
• Support development of operational standards, procedures, and training materials for project implementation.
• Ensure reporting and documentation align with ISO requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing departments and production control teams to develop reports supporting initiatives.
• Create and maintain production reporting tools and documentation within ISO frameworks.
• Summarize analytical findings in clear, concise reports and dashboards.
• Present results and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

GPA 2.5 or higher
