Job summary

Allied World in New York seeks an Associate, IT Analyst to build models, dashboards, and compelling executive stories. You’ll translate data into clear narratives for senior leaders and coordinate materials for Town Halls and Board reports.

The role blends finance, strategy, and operations, requiring 2–5 years in analytics or finance, strong Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort with AI tools. Hybrid work onsite at our NY Office, with opportunities to learn fast and grow.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced analytical, finance, or business role.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to turn data into executive-ready narratives.
• Comfort with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude for analysis and writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, analytics, information systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and coordinate materials for Town Halls, Portfolio Reporting, all hands meetings, and Board Packs.
• Design executive-level presentations translating data into clear stories for senior leadership.
• Build financial and operational models (budget, forecast, headcount, vendor spend).
• Create dashboards and automate recurring reports to reduce manual work.
• Draft newsletters and communications to keep stakeholders aligned.
