Job summary

Ross is seeking a Strategy Analyst to help drive our overall strategic initiatives by delivering actionable analyses and senior-level insights. You will interact with Merchants, Planners, HR, Operations, and Finance to support key priorities in New York and Dublin, CA, blending data science with business judgment.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in analytics or corporate strategy, strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to communicate findings to executives.

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably with an analytical background.
• 2-3 years post college experience in analytical environment or strategy role.
• Strong data analysis and modeling skills.
• Fluent communication with executives at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional initiatives with strategic analysis.
• Coordinate analyses for initiatives (merchandising, growth projections, rollout strategy).
• Develop change management materials, training and focus groups.
• Collaborate with Merchants, Planners, and other key functions.
• Build models and analyze data to support strategic priorities.
• Create materials to communicate insights for boards and meetings.
• Identify root causes and improvement opportunities in the business.
• Diagnose off-price business problems and develop practical solutions.
• Monitor ongoing internal and external events and provide competitive intelligence.
