Job summary

Talon Professional Services is seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer in New York, NY. The role is hybrid, requiring four onsite days per week with onboarding initially five days onsite.

You will own data models and reporting solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical results. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of BI/Analytics experience, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and a solid understanding of data modeling.

Overview

As a core member of our client's analytics team, you will take ownership of developing and maintaining robust data models and reporting solutions. From collaborating directly with business stakeholders to troubleshooting complex datasets, your hands-on skills will empower the organization to leverage its data assets effectively. Required Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI, including report development, dashboards, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
