Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is offering a 10-12 week internship focused on supporting IT initiatives. You will analyze business processes, technology solutions, and application areas to develop recommendations, documentation, reporting, and solution concepts that drive measurable value while gaining hands-on IT experience.

You will work in teams, tackle value-added projects, develop technical skills, and present a project to local management at the end of the program.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship period (May-August 2027).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Prior IT project experience preferred.
• Experience with Hubbell core technologies preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Support IT initiatives by analyzing business processes and technology solutions.
• Develop recommendations, documentation, reporting, and solution concepts.
• Gain hands-on experience in IT operations and project delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value.
• Present findings and progress to local management at program end.
