Job summary

IAC Group in Arlington, TX seeks a detail-oriented IT Analyst for a 2nd-shift contract role to support plant-level IT operations. You will monitor IT systems, support ERP/MES, and help manage upgrades while ensuring data integrity and security across the facility.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS and 3–5 years of manufacturing IT experience, with strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills to work with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS required.
• 3–5 years IT support or systems analysis in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and automation interfaces.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, MS 365, and virtualization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT systems including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
• Analyze performance and recommend improvements for uptime.
• Provide technical support for ERP, MES, and manufacturing systems.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and upgrades.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and compliance.
• Collaborate with corporate IT and plant teams to align with global standards.
• Document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing.
• Manage service tickets and escalations.
