Job summary

International Automotive Components (IAC) Group is seeking a detail-oriented IT Analyst to support plant-level IT operations on 2nd shift in Arlington, TX. This 18- to 24-month contract role focuses on maintaining systems, supporting ERP/MES, and ensuring data integrity across the facility.

Responsibilities include monitoring IT systems, analyzing performance, implementing upgrades, and collaborating with global IT standards. Strong IT, cybersecurity, and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT support or systems analysis, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and automation interfaces.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, M365, and virtualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.

• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing.
• Manage service tickets and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Lift and maneuver equipment up to 50 lbs; use ladders as needed.
