Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven IT Analyst or IT consultant experience.
• Actively pursuing an IT/ Computer Engineering education or related field.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server technologies.
• Knowledge of information security principles and practices.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize end user requirements and support IT Service Desk systems.
• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Develop, test, and implement IT systems to support business objectives.
• Set up new user accounts and manage passwords.
• Support and expand IT Service Desk documentation and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with inter-departmental groups to improve service delivery.
• Maintain stock/inventory records and follow Change Management procedures.
• Support Office 365 maintenance tasks.
