• Proven experience as IT Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role.
• Active participation in IT education program in relevant field.
• Moderate understanding of Microsoft and Linux server technologies.
• Knowledge of information security principles and practices.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including on-call rotations.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize end-user requirements and communicate with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Develop, test, and implement IT systems to support business objectives.
• Set up new user accounts and handle password issues.
• Support implementation and execution of IT processes and procedures.
• Research, analyze, and implement patches or hardware changes for security.
