Trademark Recruiting/Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Analyst in the Tampa area to establish and grow internal IT capabilities. The role provides frontline technical assistance, ERP support focused on Microsoft Dynamics GP, and coordination with external IT providers.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with internal teams and third-party partners to maintain reliable IT services and improve operations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in IT support with ERP and software implementation exposure.
• Experience with Level 1 desktop, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity coordinating with external IT vendors and managed service providers.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Level 1 end-user technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide ERP application administration and end-user support for Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Coordinate with external IT providers to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
• Participate in software deployment, testing, training, and post-implementation activities.
• Support IT operations, including system upgrades, security patches, and backups.
• Create and maintain documentation, track performance, and report milestones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify IT needs and improve processes.
