Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an IT Analyst for a 10-month contract in Warsaw, IN. The role focuses on supporting MOM systems, OT security, and integration testing at manufacturing sites worldwide.

The candidate will deploy new technologies for OT machines, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure changes follow validation guidelines. Travel up to 40% globally across AMER/EMEA/APAC may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree with 4 years, or High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience.

• Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas.
• Configure, deploy, and test OT security and MES/MOM systems.
• Assist with provisioning and maintenance of IT/OT infrastructure at manufacturing sites.

IT Analyst
10 Months Contract
Warsaw, IN

Duties

• Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas

• Zscaler security appliance / OT segmentation of all manufacturing equiptment

• Deploys the release of new technologies for OT Machines as well as installs, configures, maintains and performs system integration testing of machine/application operating systems at the manufacturing machine level

• Responsible for troubleshooting machine integrated application problems as reported by users.

• Provides new technical specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, configuration , data extraction & retention, installs new machines and maintains the underlying infrastructure.

• Provide ongoing support, integration, monitoring and maintenance of the MOM applications

• Ensures that all changes to quality-relevant systems are documented and performed according to application validation guidelines and processes.

• Will be Travelling up/to 40% Globally to all manufacturing sites AMER/EMEA/APAC
