Job summary

Merck & Co. in Warsaw, IN is seeking an IT Analyst for a 10-month contract to provide Global IT MOM support for Project Aejas and to manage OT security for manufacturing equipment. The role includes deploying new technologies, installing and testing operating systems at the manufacturing level, and troubleshooting related issues.

Travel up to 40% globally to AMER/EMEA/APAC sites is required. Strong teamwork, communication, analytical thinking and multitasking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% globally to all manufacturing sites (AMER/EMEA/APAC).
• Experience with IT MOM/OT systems and manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas.
• Configure, deploy, and test OT security and segmentation for manufacturing equipment.
• Deploy and validate new technologies for OT machines and test machine/application OS integration.
• Troubleshoot machine-integrated application problems as reported by users.
• Provide ongoing support, integration, monitoring and maintenance of MOM applications.

Duties

• Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas
• Zscaler security appliance / OT segmentation of all manufacturing equiptment
• Deploys the release of new technologies for OT Machines as well as installs, configures, maintains and performs system integration testing of machine/application operating systems at the manufacturing machine level
• Responsible for troubleshooting machine integrated application problems as reported by users.
• Provides new technical specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, configuration , data extraction & retention, installs new machines and maintains the underlying infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing support, integration, monitoring and maintenance of the MOM applications
• Ensures that all changes to quality-relevant systems are documented and performed according to application validation guidelines and processes.
• Will be Travelling up/to 40% Globally to all manufacturing sites AMER/EMEA/APAC
