TeamSoft, Inc. is seeking an IT Analyst to provide global IT MOM support for manufacturing operations. The role focuses on managing Zscaler security appliances and OT segmentation across manufacturing equipment, deploying new OT technologies, and ensuring proper testing and documentation.

The position is contract-based and onsite in Warsaw, IN with up to 40% travel. The candidate should have a strong OT IT background, robust troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work across global teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree with 4+ years.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical background in OT networks, manufacturing environments, or related IT infrastructure.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency to resolve internal IT issues efficiently.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and document processes meticulously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a 'can-do' attitude for building relationships with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing global IT MOM support for Project Aejas.
• Manage Zscaler security appliance and OT segmentation for manufacturing equipment.
• Deploy new technologies for OT machines; install, configure, maintain, and perform system integration testing of operating systems at the manufacturing machine level.
• Troubleshoot machine-integrated application problems reported by users.
• Provide technical specifications based on application needs, anticipated growth, configuration, and data extraction/retention.
• Install new machines and maintain the underlying infrastructure while ensuring all changes to quality-relevant systems are documented according to application validation guidelines.

Job Title: IT Analyst

Location: Warsaw, IN 46580 (On-site with up to 40% Global Travel)
Employment Type: Contract
Target Start Date: August 24, 2026
Pay Rate: $30 to $32/Hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing global IT MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) support for Project Aejas.
• Manage Zscaler security appliance and OT (Operational Technology) segmentation for all manufacturing equipment.
• Deploy new technologies for OT machines; install, configure, maintain, and perform system integration testing of operating systems at the manufacturing machine level.
