Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Specialist, Artificial Intelligence & Advanced Analytics to identify, implement, and sustain AI-powered solutions across operations. You will work with Operations, IT, software, and data teams to translate needs into secure, scalable AI tools and automation.

The role emphasizes hands-on analytics, dashboard development, and process improvement using AI and automation to boost operational efficiency and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, operations management, industrial engineering, information systems, data analytics, supply chain, or computer science, with documented experience as described.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms; data analytics and automation experience required.
• Experience developing dashboards and operational reporting tools using Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational inefficiencies and automate processes using AI and data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and data engineering to define use cases and priorities.
• Develop AI-enabled tools, automation workflows, and dashboards to improve operational performance.
• Support deployment of LLM-based applications and generative AI for knowledge retrieval and decision support.
• Ensure solutions meet cybersecurity and data protection standards while driving measurable value.
