Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in IT/IS/CS/AI or related field.
• Anticipated graduation May 2028 or later.
• Curiosity about technology, automation and practical AI applications.
• Introductory experience with scripting, low-code tools or AI technologies.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Power Automate, Python or PowerShell is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• High initiative and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Interest in service management, automation, IT operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across IT teams to learn how they support operations.
• Identify opportunities where AI or automation can improve efficiency.
• Build, test and evaluate AI-enabled solutions and automations.
• Explore practical applications of AI for knowledge management and service delivery.
• Assist with data protection, access controls, testing, governance and reliability.
• Develop documentation and prompt libraries enabling scale.
• Gather user feedback, measure outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Communicate progress and findings to colleagues and leadership.
