Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for an IT Administrator/Support IV to support OneStream implementation and ongoing maintenance in Houston, TX.

This onsite contract role spans 6+ months with long-term potential and includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave. Responsibilities include leading OneStream projects, documenting IT processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to design an effective support model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of OneStream implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and financial compliance processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in OneStream implementation projects from inception to go-live.
• Gather and document IT support processes for consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and close processes.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design a future-state support model.
• Assist implementation partners with testing and deployment activities.
• Support the creation of controls that meet internal IT guidelines and principles.
• Execute system integration, user acceptance, regression, and performance testing with the solution integrator.

• Support production cutover planning and deployment readiness activities.
• Maintain system documentation, process maps, and support procedures.
• Participate in change, release, and environment management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in OneStream implementation projects from inception to go-live.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• OneStream application administration: workflows, profiles, security, environments, and metadata maintenance.
• Experience in consolidation configuration and troubleshooting: ownership structures, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, consolidation calculations, and journal entries.
• Knowledge of close operations: workflow execution and monitoring, failed-step resolution, data certification, and close-cycle issue triage.
• Proficiency in data integration: OneStream Data Management, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, load validation, and reconciliation of SAP general ledger data.
• Skills in financial reporting development: Cube Views, financial statements, dashboards, and Excel-based reporting.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot OneStream Business Rules calculation and validation logic.
• Experience in root-cause analysis: tracing reported numbers back through reports, cubes, transformations, and source data.
• Knowledge of access administration: OneStream security groups and role-based access for finance users.
