Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking an IT Administrator to develop, support, and maintain IT processes including asset inventory tracking, procurement, IT billing, reporting, and analysis. You will ensure data accuracy and respond to internal requests for information.

Successful candidates will have 5–8 years of IT administration experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support ERP and financial systems where needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5–8 years of relevant IT administration experience.
  • Proficient with purchasing, purchase orders, asset tracking and purchasing software.
  • Experience with contract reviews/renewals and report writing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, support, and maintain IT processes such as asset inventory tracking, procurement, IT billing, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy of data supporting IT processes and respond to internal information requests.
  • Collaborate with teams and demonstrate strong oral and written communication.

An IT Administrator will develop, support, and maintain IT processes such as asset inventory tracking, procurement, IT billing, reporting, and analysis. What it takes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5-8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Proficient with purchasing, purchase order generation,asset tracking and purchasing software
  • Knowledge and/or experience with contract review and renewals

  • Experience with ERP or stand-along financial systems solutions (desired)
