Bass Pro Shops is seeking an IT Admin Support Specialist to join the Hospitality IT Helpdesk at Ridgedale, MO (Big Cedar Lodge). You will act as the frontline for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, coordinating IT tickets and supporting end-users.

The role includes assisting with invoices, budget monitoring, and ensuring supplies and services are ready for operation. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in an admin IT setting, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a customer‑focused

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and collaboration apps.
• Experience supporting end-users with hardware, software, and network connectivity issues is preferred.
• Ability to manage and organize tickets, assist with invoices, and track budgets within IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for associates with IT issues.
• Oversee and delegate IT Tickets for Hospitality IT Helpdesk; escalate complex requests.
• Assist with password resets and software questions.
• Help with invoices, expense reports, and monitoring department budgets.
• Ensure IT department supplies and services are available; organize the team workspace.

The role is active in providing administrative support for end-users by coordinating support requests, resetting passwords, tracking resolution of issues, and service coordination for software and hardware requests.
