Job description

Familiarity and strong experience with maintaining provisioning via Active Directory

1. Knowledge of all security protocols in relation to access
2. Flexibility to handle a fast-paced environment with many ongoing tasks
3. Willingness to help with numerous requests
4. Ability to see the big picture of the process, from start to finish, and facilitate as part of a bigger picture
5. Adherence to and understanding of client's provisioning workflow

Basic Qualifications:

1. Associate degree in Information Systems/Technology (or equivalent work experience)
2. Minimum 2 years' experience in Active Directory provisioning access protocols
3. Minimum 2 years' experience with electronic medical record (EMR) access protocols
4. Experience with user provisioning technologies, application, and/or database security administration
5. Understanding of user administration procedures
6. Excellent time and project management skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, and communication (written and oral) are critical for success in this position

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Creating new users
2. Disabling users
3. Resetting passwords
4. Unlocking accounts
5. Account permission changes
6. Adding and removing users from groups
7. Managing groups
8. Responding to requests for new and established client's and business partner accounts
9. Maintaining account information in multiple databases
10. Providing a high level of customer service while interacting with AMITA employees and business partners
11. Provisioning all user access accounts related to information systems
12. Providing support functions related to verification of end-user security classes, training, and credentials
13. Assisting in documenting to streamline the application account provisioning processes
14. Promptly notifying IM management regarding breaches of security access policies
15. Participating in project tasks as required
16. Maintaining summary statistics regarding workload, etc.
17. Performing other duties as assigned
