Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking an experienced accounting/payroll professional to develop, implement, and support ERP-enabled financial systems across accounting and payroll processes. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data integrity, and timely financial reporting.

You will participate in monthly closes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver training to end-users on new and existing software.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting or payroll concepts, practices and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible, disciplined, quick learner, team builder, and motivator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with others and maintain integrity.
• Understanding financial statement relationships (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Experience with HRM, payroll modules, and ERP environments.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Manages risk, scope, and project planning, and escalates issues as appropriate.

• Troubleshoots and resolves software issues, providing day-to-day support for accounting and payroll applications.

• Previous project implementation experience highly [Preferred]
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: Bachelor's Degree OR 7+ years of experience in related field
