Job summary

EDAG Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Problem Resolution Coordinator to support issue tracking and timely problem resolution within our System and Software Development organization.

You will help manage Change Requests and Problem Reports from internal tests and customer feedback while coordinating with global engineering teams. The role focuses on documenting, tracking, and communicating issues, assigning ownership, and generating status reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Structured and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track issue tickets throughout the development process.
• Review tickets for completeness and required technical information.
• Assign tickets to the appropriate engineer for estimation or investigation.
• Support standardization of issue reporting and tracking processes.
• Follow up on ticket status and resolution progress with teams.
