Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Funnel Analytics, Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Conversion Optimization, Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Customer Journey Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, R, or similar).
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with web analytics platforms such as HEAP (preferred) or Google Analytics.
• Experience performing funnel analysis and conversion optimization.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to independently identify opportunities and influence stakeholders.
• Master's degree in analytics-related fields; BA/BS from top-tier institutions also considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify issuance leakage opportunities across acquisition, application, approval, and funding funnels.
• Quantify business impact from drop-off, under-penetration, and missed demand.
• Analyze customer journeys across digital channels to find friction and conversion gaps.
• Conduct funnel diagnostics and root-cause analyses to isolate drivers of conversion loss.
• Develop measurement frameworks to monitor funnel performance and leakage trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Credit Risk, Operations, and Engineering to implement improvements.
• Design and evaluate experiments to improve approval rates, conversion, and funded volume.
• Build executive dashboards and business reviews tracking leakage and growth opportunities.
• Translate findings into prioritized business recommendations with quantified impact.
• Support business case development for strategic growth initiatives.
