Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of relevant security engineering experience.
IAM Level II certification required.
Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols.
Experience with DoD security tools (ACAS, HBSS).
Experience hardening systems, networks, and OS.
Responsibilities
Conduct vulnerability scans and identify vulnerabilities in security systems.
Use DoD analysis tools (ACAS, HBSS) to identify vulnerabilities.
Perform application vulnerability assessments.
Identify systemic security issues from vulnerability data.
Share insights to improve risk management posture.
Apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements.
Troubleshoot cyber defense infrastructure and resolve issues.
Perform impact/risk assessments.
Travel occasionally as required.
