Job summary

IPSecure is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) with TS/SCI clearance for DoD RMF activities in a Melbourne, FL environment. You will develop and maintain RMF documentation, coordinate with program leads and government staff, and ensure secure operation of systems across the lifecycle.

The role requires strong RMF, DoD security, and communication skills, with responsibilities spanning documentation, assessment, and training. Competitive benefits accompany a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI
• Experience in DoD/classified environments
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53 and RMF controls
• Experience documenting RMF artifacts (SSP, RMF artifacts)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RMF documentation (SSP, SMF artifacts) using Microsoft Office
• Maintain repositories of evidence with controlled access
• Develop and execute security control assessment procedures
• Coordinate with system admins and cyber team to ensure secure operation and posture
• Support authorization to operate and POA&M processes; coordinate with AO staff
• Document vulnerabilities and deficiencies in POA&M
• Integrate cybersecurity across the IT lifecycle; provide security training
• Ensure configuration management policies for hardware/software are followed
