Job summary

IPSecure, LLC is seeking an Information System Security Officer to provide RMF support for DoD programs at Melbourne, FL. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and hands-on experience with security controls, ATOs, and cybersecurity operations.

You will collaborate with program leads, government staff, and mission partners to maintain an effective information security program and deliver continuous monitoring and readiness across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field with 3 years of experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance w/SCI required.
• Experience in information assurance or cybersecurity roles supporting classified DoD environments.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level I (Security) or higher baseline certification (CISSP preferred).
• Security w/CE’s certification.
• Working knowledge of RMF and NIST 800-53.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RMF body of evidence documentation (e.g., SSP, RMF artifacts) using MS Office and Visio.
• Maintain repositories of evidence documentation limited to authorized personnel.
• Develop security control assessment procedures to verify conformance and perform ongoing monitoring.
• Coordinate with system administrators and cyber team members to maintain authorization posture.
• Support IS/IT leadership in maintaining ATO/approval to connect and POA&M actions.
• Ensure POA&M updates and security vulnerabilities are documented and tracked.
• Integrate cybersecurity throughout the IT lifecycle and promote security education and awareness.
• Coordinate configuration management for hardware/software changes with ISSO/ISSM.
