Job summary

Leidos Dynetics, operating in Huntsville, AL, seeks an experienced ISSO to manage RMF compliance for DoD/classified systems within a DCSA-approved environment. You will support ATO processes, prepare assessment artifacts, and work with IT teams to maintain secure, compliant operations.

The role requires DoD 8140/DCWF familiarity, STIG/SCAP experience, and strong collaboration with system owners, administrators, and engineers in a dynamic defense-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with DoD-relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with RMF, ATO processes, and security control implementation.
• Ability to communicate security requirements to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity compliance assessments for classified systems in RMF/DAAG environments.
• Develop and maintain authorization artifacts and BoE per RMF lifecycle.
• Evaluate security controls and coordinate remediation with admins and engineers.
• Lead security reviews and incident response activities as needed.
• Prepare system security plans and assessment artifacts.
