Job summary

LV8D Solutions, LLC is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to provide oversight and technical expertise on IT and information system security for government customers. The ISSO will implement security policies, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage RMF documentation including SSPs and ATO packages.

On-site work with occasional travel is expected as part of maintaining a robust security program.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT/IA/IM policies and procedures
• Knowledge of DoD IC/DoD information security policies
• Strong communication and leadership for security programs
• Ability to translate technical info into plain English

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational security posture for programs and information systems
• Interface with government customers and accrediting authorities
• Perform vulnerability/risk assessments supporting authorization/accreditation
• Prepare RMF documentation including SSPs, ATOs, RMRs, SCTMs, POA&Ms
• Coordinate security assessments and reviews
• Manage hardware/software requests and configuration management
• Ensure incident/vulnerability response measures are in place
