Job summary

Reflexive Concepts, LLC is seeking a skilled Information Systems Security Officer to join our team on the Analytic Mission Integration (AMI) team. The role focuses on information security, security operations, and RMF-based system authorization in a Maryland-based environment.

You will support senior ISSOs, monitor events with Splunk, and help maintain SSPs and risk assessments while adhering to DoD/ODNI policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of ISSO experience on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher.
• Experience preparing security documentation (SSPs, risk assessments, C&A packages, SRTMs).
• Familiarity with the NIST RMF.

Responsibilities

• Support senior ISSOs in implementing and enforcing information security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Manage daily security operations and maintain the system's operational security posture.
• Assess security risks and solutions, review changes for security impact.
• Prepare, review, and maintain SSPs, risk assessments, C&A packages, SRTMs.
• Support system authorization under the NIST RMF and incident response activities.
