Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer Associate in Oakton, VA. The role focuses on RMF A&A, managing ATOs under FISMA, and coordinating with ISSM, AO, and support staff to secure systems. Onsite five days during initial training; remote one day weekly thereafter.

Ideal candidates have a TS clearance, IAT II, and hands-on experience with NIST SP 800-37/800-53; familiarity with ACAS/Nessus, Splunk, and POAM is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitution possible with 2+ years relevant experience.
• IAT Level II Certification required.
• DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
• Experience with NIST SP 800-37/800-53 and RMF/A&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned network(s) to ensure compliance with STIGs and IAVM.
• Lead RMF A&A activities with ISSO/ISSM and AO oversight.
• Prepare and coordinate POA&M and IR activities.
• Perform ConMon reviews using Splunk and other tools.
