Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to join our Fort Meade area team. The role focuses on secure data flows, vulnerability assessments, and enterprise security services across networks and systems.

Candidates should have TS/SCI with poly, and 7+ years ISSE experience, with relevant certifications and a willingness to support shift work. The ideal candidate has a background in systems administration and proven ability to design multi-enclave security solutions while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IA/ISSE or related field.
• 11 years ISSE experience may substitute for a BS.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Certifications: CASP+, CISSP, or SecurityX.
• 7+ years ISSE experience minimum.
• Ability to support shift work, including weekends.
• Experience with system/network designs across enclaves.
• Experience in security planning, risk analysis and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver information security solutions enabling secure data flows.
• Perform system security vulnerability assessments and develop solutions.
• Provide enterprise-level security for networks, servers, desktops and applications.
• Provide technical and programmatic information assurance and system administration services.
