Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a mid-level Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to support RMF, A&A, and ConMon activities for DSMS systems. You will help ensure cybersecurity for software development and adhere to DoD IA standards across multi-level environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science required.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Secret clearance required.
• Location: On Customer Site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with DSMS program teams to plan and create cybersecurity architecture documents.
• Implement security controls within an IS using secure design and coding practices.
• Develop cybersecurity architecture plans for OS platforms, servers, devices and applications.
• Provide security engineering support for accreditation of DSMS networks.
• Integrate cybersecurity into lifecycle management and deployment processes.
• Research and document architectures for new cybersecurity technologies.
• Develop criticality analyses, vulnerability and risk assessments for mission-critical functions.
• Maintain BoE, risk assessments, and countermeasures for government review.
