Job summary

EmergencyMD is looking for an experienced Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) Level 2 to support critical national security programs. The ideal candidate will bring over 14 years of cybersecurity experience, specializing in RMF and secure system design.

This role includes responsibilities such as conducting risk assessments, implementing Zero Trust architectures, and ensuring compliance with federal security standards. Candidates must possess a relevant degree and an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of cybersecurity experience in engineering, compliance, or risk management.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (NSA requirement).
• Fully cleared with MPO.

Responsibilities

• Apply the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to assess, authorize, and monitor systems.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analysis.
• Support the design and maintenance of Zero Trust architectures.
• Develop and maintain system security documentation.
