Job summary

SAIC is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead to guide a multi-disciplinary team in space/counter-space analyses for a crown-jewel IC/DoD program in the Denver area. You will mentor SMEs, deliver timely products, and interact with senior government customers.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong written and oral communication, briefing skills, and the ability to decompose complex problems into actionable tasks, with experience in program planning and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics or mathematics with 16+ years (or 14+ with a Master, 9+ with a PhD) experience.
• Expertise in two or more areas: orbital analysis, satellite comms, space surveillance, radar or optical systems.
• Experience with satellite acquisition, development and operations.
• TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and analysts on analyses of foreign threat capabilities.
• Coordinate IPT tasks, timelines, and deliverables with senior government customers.
• Present technical briefings and maintain customer communications.
• Decompose problems into analytical tasks and assign resources.
• Participate in program reviews (PMR, PDR, CDR) and risk assessments.
