Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in flight test engineering or airborne sensor operations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a FAA Class III flight physical.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onboard operator for multi-modal sensor suite during flight.
• Perform real-time technical diagnosis of sensor systems in-flight.
• Lead ground test support pre and post-flight.
• Ensure mission data is documented accurately and verified.
• Maintain detailed flight logs and discrepancy reports.

Skills

Troubleshooting complex systems

System operation proficiency (SAR/GMTI, EO/IR, SIGINT)

Technical performance in high-altitude environments

Data integrity management

Familiarity with Linux-based mission computers

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or applicable STEM field
